Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and analyze market information to identify opportunities, customer needs, and evaluate marketing strategies.
  • Conduct market research, sales forecasting, and strategic planning to ensure product profitability.
  • Prospect for new clients and build relationships to expand the customer base.
  • Stay updated on market trends and developments, recommending new products and services to leadership.
  • Analyze the financial aspects of product development and performance.
  • Collaborate with teams to develop and launch new products.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Competencies:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, finance, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a marketing manager, preferably in the financial sector.
  • Proven expertise in identifying and targeting key audiences.
  • Strong presentation, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to think creatively and innovatively to meet market demands.
