Key Responsibilities:

  1. Marketing Strategy and Planning:
    • Develop and execute marketing plans that align with the organization’s goals.
    • Identify target audiences and tailor marketing strategies to meet their needs.
    • Collaborate with senior management to define marketing priorities and objectives.
  2. Market Research:
    • Conduct market research to understand customer preferences, market trends, and competitors.
    • Analyze data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
    • Use insights to shape marketing strategies and campaigns.
  3. Campaign Management:
    • Plan, design, and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, social media, and traditional media.
    • Develop promotional materials such as brochures, newsletters, and social media posts.
    • Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed for optimal results.
  4. Digital Marketing:
    • Manage the organization’s online presence, including its website and social media accounts.
    • Implement SEO and SEM strategies to increase online visibility.
    • Track and analyze web traffic, social media engagement, and other digital metrics.
  5. Brand Management:
    • Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all marketing materials and channels.
    • Develop and maintain a strong brand identity that resonates with target audiences.
    • Monitor brand perception and address any reputational issues.
  6. Event Coordination:
    • Organize and manage events, trade shows, product launches, and promotional activities.
    • Collaborate with vendors, partners, and other stakeholders to ensure successful events.
    • Measure the impact of events on brand awareness and sales.
  7. Budget Management:
    • Prepare and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources.
    • Track spending and ensure campaigns remain within budget.
    • Provide financial reports on marketing activities to senior management.
  8. Performance Analysis and Reporting:
    • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing efforts using KPIs and analytics tools.
    • Generate reports on campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
    • Present findings and insights to stakeholders and management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing, with 2–5 years in a similar role preferred.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools, CRM software, and analytics platforms.
