KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Campaign Support:
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, ensuring adherence to deadlines.
Create and schedule content for social media, blogs, and email newsletters.
2. Content Creation:
Develop engaging and relevant content for digital platforms, maintaining consistency with company's brand voice.
Collaborate with the design team to produce marketing materials.
3. Social Media Management:
Monitor and manage social media accounts, responding to comments and messages.
Increase follower engagement through creative posts and targeted campaigns.
4. Event Coordination:
Provide logistical support for webinars, trade shows, and other marketing events.
Assist in preparing event materials and post-event reports.
5. Analytics and Reporting:
Track campaign performance and prepare summary reports for the Senior Marketing Officer.
Recommend improvements based on analytics insights.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a marketing role, with a focus on digital content
creation.
Skills: Familiarity with social media management tools, basic graphic design, and analytics.
Soft Skills: Creativity, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
