Reports to: Africa Business Transformation Manager
Responsibilities
1. Market Development
○ Identify and onboard key partners (e.g., merchants, influencers, and financial institutions).
○ Drive awareness of Network’s services through targeted campaigns.
2. Sales and Revenue Growth
○ Develop strategies to boost transactions in Ghana.
○ Collaborate with HQ to set and achieve revenue targets.
3. Customer Insights and Feedback
○ Act as the liaison between customers and HQ, collecting feedback to refine offerings.
○ Monitor competitors to identify opportunities.
4. Regulatory Awareness
○ Stay informed about Ghanaian financial regulations and flag potential compliance issues to HQ.
5. Operational Support
○ Manage day-to-day activities remotely, ensuring seamless execution of campaigns and partnerships.
Candidate Profile
● Experience:
○ Strong background in marketing, sales, or business development in Ghana.
○ Familiarity with fintech or digital services is a plus.
● Skills:
○ Excellent communication and networking abilities.
○ Knowledge of Ghanaian consumer behavior and market trends.
● Tools:
○ Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
