Key Responsibilities

Marketing Duties:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote property listings, services, and brand awareness.
- Manage social media accounts and create engaging content to attract potential clients.
- Design and distribute marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and newsletters.

Administrative Duties:
- Provide administrative support to the real estate team, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
- Maintain and update client databases and property listings.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries from clients and stakeholders.


Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Previous experience in marketing and administration, preferably in the real estate sector.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and marketing software/tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of real estate market trends is a plus.
