JOB DESCRIPTION


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote training programs.
  • Identify target audiences and create tailored marketing campaigns.
  • Utilize digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO) to enhance brand visibility.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs.
  • Develop promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, and social media content.
  • Engage with potential clients through direct marketing, events, and networking opportunities.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and convert inquiries into enrollments.
  • Maintain relationships with corporate clients, educational institutions, and other strategic partners.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the education or training sector.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEO tools, and CRM software is an advantage.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
