We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Lubricants Sales Manager to lead our lubricant sales initiatives
Job Overview
The Lubricants Sales Manager will drive the sales of lubricant products across the Mining, Oil, and Gas industries, as well as within the heavy equipment sector. This role combines technical expertise and sales acumen to offer tailored solutions for our clients. The successful candidate will manage contracts, facilitate business growth, and provide technical support, ensuring customer satisfaction and continuous sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Strategy & Business Development
• Develop and implement robust sales strategies to achieve lubricant product sales targets.
• Identify and engage new business opportunities within oilfield and industrial markets.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and stakeholders.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and sales agreement terms with clients.
2. Technical Expertise
• Provide expert technical advice on lubricant selection, application, and best practices.
• Work closely with engineering and technical teams to develop customised solutions for clients.
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and new product developments.
3. Market Analysis
• Assess market conditions, gather customer feedback, and monitor competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis to senior management.
4. Training & Support
• Conduct product training sessions for clients and internal teams.
• Assist in developing marketing materials, product literature, and promotional campaigns to enhance sales efforts.
5. Customer Service
• Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve any product-related concerns.
• Continuously monitor customer satisfaction and gather feedback to refine product offerings and services.
6. Account Management
• Maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and stakeholders.
• Manage existing accounts through consistent follow-up and dedicated support.
7. Product Knowledge & Training
• Gain a thorough understanding of NEZO’s lubricant range and its applications.
• Provide product training and technical support to clients and sales representatives
8. Reporting & Analysis
• Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for senior management.
• Analyse sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement. 9. Marketing & Brand Awareness
• Develop promotional materials and campaigns to support brand growth.
• Represent the company at industry events and trade shows to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications Education
• A Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry, Petrochemical Engineering, or a related field is preferred. A background in marketing will be an added advantage. Work Experience
• Industry Expertise: A minimum of 6 years of proven sales experience in the lubricants, chemicals, or related industries, with a strong focus on the Mining, Oil & Gas sectors.
• Managerial Experience: At least 4 of the 6 years must include a managerial role, demonstrating leadership and strategic oversight.
• Sales Performance: A solid track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, reflecting consistent and impactful results.
Skills & Competencies
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong technical understanding of lubricants and their applications.
• Proficiency in market trend analysis and strategic planning.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and other sales tools.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to outstanding customer service.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

• A valid driver's license.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
