Position Overview:
The Logistics Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and managing all logistics operations within the company. This includes planning, coordinating, and monitoring logistics activities to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics management, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the shipping industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the Logistics Department: Supervise the execution of all import and export operations, coordinating activities with Eolis, FTC, third-party transporters, and ICUMS service providers to ensure smooth and efficient processes.
- Invoice Accuracy and Customs Coordination: Ensure the prompt issuance of accurate invoices for all completed jobs, working closely with Customs to guarantee that all jobs are cleared from the system without delays.
- Logistics Reporting: Maintain and update all logistics reports on the server with precision, ensuring timely and accurate data management.
- Development of Logistics Manuals: Compile and continuously update a comprehensive logistics manual that covers all import, export, and related logistics activities.
- Efficient Cargo Clearance: Ensure the timely and demurrage-free clearance of goods from the port, as well as the efficient clearance of third-party and group cargo through various shipping lines.
- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any issues arising from interactions with shipping lines or government institutions, ensuring smooth logistics operations.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Logistics Management, preferably within the shipping industry.
- Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools like SAGIE and ICUMS
- Proven Knowiedge in MS Office Suite
- Excellent leadership. communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Competitive Quotation Development: Capacity to craft compelling and competitive quotations that meet client needs and industry benchmarks.
- Strong understanding of local and international shipping regulations.
