Logistics Specialist

JOB DESCRIPTION

Key Responsibilities

•  Delivery of Invisalign MEA cases and marketing products throughout Ghana
•  iTero and consumables distribution within Ghana
•  Managing delivery processes inbound/outbound logistics follow up with customs, freight forwarder and relevant authorities
•  SAP transactions for orders and goods movements
•  Support customers and partners with logistics solution when needed
•  Managing import permits
•  Monitor inbound/outbound shipments to intervene if required
•  Receiving/sorting/packing of products before distribution
•  Generate required reports with Salesforce
•  Prepare Airway bills and related shipping documentation
•  Negotiations with freight forwarders to reduce operational costs
•  Fulfillment of Webstore orders
•  Storage handling, stock counting and entering stock transactions in internal systems and reporting
•  Liaising with CS, Finance, Legal and Sales to ensure service excellency
•  Provide support with managing the office facilities and stationery supplies
•  Assist with all document collections for organization
•  Any other related admin support, as requested
•  Facilities management and in house event support
•  Facilities maintenance
•  Support of customer facing events physically if needed
•  Logistics support for events
  
  

Skills Knowledge & Expertise

•  Bachelor's degree in Logistics preferred
•  5+ years in logistics or a similar role.
•  Strong problem-solving skills and perseverance
•  Excellent communication skills.
•  Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
•  Strong Excel skills, experience with SAP.
