JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities

• Drive execution excellence by ensuring on-time, cost-effective, and well-organized deliveries, maintaining strict KPI targets for warehouse operations. 
• Strengthen the Logistics team’s capabilities through training, and succession planning to ensure business continuity. 
• Foster a culture of compliance and accountability, mitigating risks through contingency planning and process controls.
•  Align logistics strategy with organizational goals, driving OKR process improvements for efficiency. 
• Lead cross-functional coordination, overseeing supply chain processes, ensuring compliance, and collaborating with senior leadership for seamless execution.

Seek a professional with four years' experience in supply chain, logistics, or procurement, and project management skills. Fluent in French, offer the chance to lead projects, build teams, and lead impactful change in agriculture.
