Client Acquisition & Networking: Identify and approach potential clients through various channels, such as referrals, networking events, online marketing, and field visits. Build and maintain a client base, providing excellent service and fostering long-term relationships.
Consultative Selling: Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to understand clients’ financial situations, goals, and risk tolerance. Present and explain life insurance policies, outlining terms, benefits, and costs, and recommend solutions that meet client needs.
Client Support & Relationship Management: Address client concerns and objections, offering expert guidance and support throughout the sales process. Assist clients with the policy application process, underwriting, and policy issuance.
Sales & Performance: Meet sales targets and performance goals, driving revenue and business growth. Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and regulations to provide relevant advice and services.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
Self-motivated and target-driven, with a passion for helping others achieve their financial goals.
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and stay organized.
Basic understanding of life insurance products and the financial services industry is an advantage.
