Assist with Training Needs Analysis: Support collaboration with business leaders to identify skill gaps and organizational learning needs.
Support Learning Program Design and Development: Help develop training materials, presentations, and e-learning content that is engaging, effective, and aligned with company goals.
Facilitate Training Sessions: Support and deliver in-person or virtual training sessions, ensuring a positive and interactive learning experience.
Manage Learning Logistics: Coordinate training schedules and other logistics to ensure smooth program delivery. Manage Learning inbox and Learning Accounts.
Monitor Training Effectiveness: Collect feedback from participants and use data to help assess the success of training programs, making recommendations for improvements.
Maintain Learning Management Systems (LMS): Update course catalogs, track employee progress, and report on training metrics to ensure employees complete necessary courses.
Support Learning Initiatives: Help organize and promote employee development programs, workshops, seminars, and webinars.
Support Performance Management: Assist in project managing Abt’s Performance Review Evaluation Plan (PREP) process
Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition Partners, Business Leaders, and other stakeholders to ensure that training programs align with organizational goals and business objectives.
What We Value
Bachelor’s Degree + Two years of relevant experience, or Master’s Degree
Previous experience in an HR or training environment is a plus but not required. Internships or any relevant exposure to L&D functions is preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present information in an engaging way.
Demonstrated experience facilitating training is strongly preferred.
Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or eLearning tools is a plus.
Strong attention to detail in developing and delivering accurate training materials.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate across departments.
Familiarity with software like Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar platforms is a plus.
Basic understanding of project management principles to support training initiatives.
Business proficiency in French, Arabic, Spanish, or Portuguese a plus.
Work authorization with no sponsorship.
