RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruitment Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement high-impact student recruitment campaigns tailored to various audience segments.
- Plan and execute digital and in-person recruitment strategies across multiple channels.
- Organize and lead recruitment events, webinars, school visits, and community activations.
- Drive ambitious enrollment targets while ensuring a strong brand presence in key markets.
Engagement & Public Speaking
- Represent ALX at schools, universities, and public events, delivering compelling presentations.
- Engage with prospective students, parents, educators, and stakeholders to drive awareness.
- Train and equip ambassadors and partners with the right messaging and mindsets to drive conversions.
Data-Driven Decision Making
- Analyze recruitment data, trends, and insights to optimize conversion rates.
- Identify bottlenecks in the student journey and implement data-backed solutions.
- Track key metrics and generate reports to improve recruitment effectiveness.
Partnership Development
- Build and manage relationships with high schools, universities, and youth organizations.
- Develop strategic partnerships to expand ALX’s reach and attract top talent.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure recruitment messaging aligns with brand positioning.
Operational Excellence
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align recruitment with admissions processes.
- Optimize recruitment workflows for efficiency and impact.
- Lead and mentor a team of recruitment associates, ambassadors and call center teams.
REQUIREMENTS:
Must have:
- 3-5 years of experience in student recruitment, marketing, or program management, preferably in education or youth development.
- Proven ability to develop and execute multi-channel recruitment strategies across digital (social media, email campaigns) and offline (events, school outreach) channels.
- Experience in planning and executing large-scale recruitment events, including school presentations, ambassador programs, and community engagement initiatives.
- Strong data analysis skills with the ability to track, interpret, and report on key recruitment metrics to optimize strategies.
- Demonstrated experience in nurturing leads and engaging young audiences to drive conversions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with a hands-on approach.
- Exceptional public speaking and presentation skills to engage students, parents, and educators effectively.
