RESPONSIBILITIES

Recruitment Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement high-impact student recruitment campaigns tailored to various audience segments.
  • Plan and execute digital and in-person recruitment strategies across multiple channels.
  • Organize and lead recruitment events, webinars, school visits, and community activations.
  • Drive ambitious enrollment targets while ensuring a strong brand presence in key markets.

 Engagement & Public Speaking

  • Represent ALX at schools, universities, and public events, delivering compelling presentations.
  • Engage with prospective students, parents, educators, and stakeholders to drive awareness.
  • Train and equip ambassadors and partners with the right messaging and mindsets  to drive conversions.

 Data-Driven Decision Making

  • Analyze recruitment data, trends, and insights to optimize conversion rates.
  • Identify bottlenecks in the student journey and implement data-backed solutions.
  • Track key metrics and generate reports to improve recruitment effectiveness.

 Partnership Development

  • Build and manage relationships with high schools, universities, and youth organizations.
  • Develop strategic partnerships to expand ALX’s reach and attract top talent.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure recruitment messaging aligns with brand positioning.

 Operational Excellence

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align recruitment with admissions processes.
  • Optimize recruitment workflows for efficiency and impact.
  • Lead and mentor a team of recruitment associates, ambassadors and call center teams.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

Must have:

  • 3-5 years of experience in student recruitment, marketing, or program management, preferably in education or youth development.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute multi-channel recruitment strategies across digital (social media, email campaigns) and offline (events, school outreach) channels.
  • Experience in planning and executing large-scale recruitment events, including school presentations, ambassador programs, and community engagement initiatives.
  • Strong data analysis skills with the ability to track, interpret, and report on key recruitment metrics to optimize strategies.
  • Demonstrated experience in nurturing leads and engaging young audiences to drive conversions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with a hands-on approach.
  • Exceptional public speaking and presentation skills to engage students, parents, and educators effectively.
