RESPONSIBILITIES
• Deploy Global business improvement initiatives ensuring alignment with global and region specific Commercial (Supply Chain and Sales & Marketing) requirements
• Provide Region team members with services and support including course curriculum development and global training, global and regional specific policy, process, and procedure documentation, and organizational change management
• Develop, implement, and maintain best practices, process controls, RACI’s, process documentation, reporting, and analytics in coordination with the Center-of-Excellence and Business Improvements teams.
• Deliver and execute change champion duties as required by the Center-of-Excellence and Business Improvement team for specific initiatives, processes, technology, and data changes
• Provide specialized advice to cross-functional teams evaluating technology solutions for optimizing end-to-end processes to address prioritized business problems in alignment with the Commercial roadmap.
• Act as the Regional Subject Matter Expert for end-to-end Commercial practices, data, and systems utilization.
• Collaborate closely with team members to ensure processes are sustainable and maturing, deliver input into on-boarding processes to confirm the site and local user knowledge base is not only retained in number but also in system knowledge and business process knowledge
• Apply analytical tools and techniques to assess data, diagnose trends, and deliver insights to improve supply chain performance
• Provide functional leadership to regional Supply Chain analysts and indirect project team members, managing, coaching, and mentoring to ensure compliance with Commercial strategy and standards, and delivering value-adding improvements and change services.
• Lead all approved Commercial projects for the region, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are achieved with minimal risks and maximum quality, using the global Center-of-Excellence and Business Improvement framework.

Your training, skills, and experience checklist
• Undergraduate degree in supply chain management, IT, engineering, or business administration.
• MBA is preferred.
Experience:
• Mining, construction, oil, gas or other heavy asset intensive industry experience is required.
• Experience in process and data governance, combination of project/process/technology, and training delivery, expertise in change management and ability to communicate at all levels.
• Additional knowledge required to be successful in this role includes a deep understanding of and experience gained through hands on work with business process governance, process improvement, project management, change management, training materials development and delivery, cross-functional collaboration, data analysis, technology evaluation, ERP systems, e-platforms, and analytical tools, and commercial technology evaluation.
• Proficient in SAP and Ariba and MS Office Tools: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
