JOB DESCRIPTION



Responsibilities include:

  • Lead service with 3rd party agency for the Belgian On Trade market.
  • Day to Day-to-day engagement and support in performance, briefings, customer negotiations, and customer contracts & settlements for 3rd party agencies.
  • Control performance, address gaps vs. contractually agreed service, and set targets.
  • Conduct weekly and monthly reviews. Provide input to all internal partners.
  • Engage internal teams with feedback from the 3rd party as a contact person and implement new ways of working (incl. change management) in both directions.
  • Spend time in Trade with 3rd party Field Sales Managers to mentor & train.
  • Management of Indirect Wholesale Customers in the Belgian Market (KAM responsibilities).

About You 

  • Key Account, Strategic Account, and Distributor Management experience.
  • Beverage/On Trade experience preferred.
  • Team management experience in sales within the FMCG industry
  • Proficient in Flemish and English, French is a plus
  • Proactive and conclusive behavior and analytic skills.
  • Hands-on mentality
