Responsibilities
• Design, build, and execute the KAM Territory Strategic Business Plan, collaborating with the Commercial Manager to achieve business growth for Unicom's brands.
• Effectively coordinate major accounts of Unicom, ensuring the successful delivery of Key Account Plans.
• Engage with influential customers, including those within major wholesales and sub-distributors, to positively impact Unicom’s portfolio.
• Develop and implement an integrated Account plan with key stakeholders, maximizing brand performance within the region with Unicom's support.
• Identify customer needs, adapting Unicom's Brand or Service Offering to gain market access or support revenue growth.
• Identify, segment, and prioritize target customers (KOLs, Payers, etc.) and target accounts crucial for driving business outcomes.
• Proactively identify emerging customer needs, provide new solutions, and integrate feedback into Unicom’s business strategies.
• Consistently deliver monthly and annual Territory demand sales and profit targets aligned with objectives.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, assigning responsibilities to deliver Key Account Plan outcomes.
• Regularly review Key Account Plans with relevant stakeholders, ensuring completion of agreed-upon actions and work streams.
• Operate effectively within the KAM process to ensure performance against Account Plans.
• Understand tender processes across the Territory, including formulation or amendment, maintaining accurate records of key stakeholders.
• Proactively gather competitor intelligence and share insights broadly within the organization.
• Engage with customers and organizations to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Position and sell Unicom brands in line with brand plans, utilizing customer engagement tools effectively.
• Develop strong relationships with target customers based on trust, expertise, and the ability to solve problems.
• Negotiate effectively with customers and accounts to secure the best value for Unicom.
• Demonstrate advanced selling and negotiation skills across various customer environments.
• Ensure personal expertise in the market, competitors, and healthcare environments to enable effective decision-making and customer engagement.
• Effectively use Company development resources to drive personal development in line with the agreed Personal Development Plan.
Requirements
Pharmacist/ any related science background
Must have experience in a similar role or pharmaceuticals background.
• Must have good interpersonal and communication skills.
