Job Description


Key Accountabilities:

Installation and maintenance: 

  • Oversee the installation, upkeep and repair of branding components, including but not limited to promotional, staging, outdoor and indoor, packaging, environmental and signage elements.

Site recces: 

  • Conduct site evaluations to determine optimal placement and installation methods for branding materials in line with relevant policies, relevant standards and the Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) framework, as well as in partnership with executive sponsors.

Brand compliance: 

  • Ensure that all branding elements strictly follow brand guidelines during installation and maintenance to maintain visual and corporate identity standards.

Quality assurance: 

  • Inspect installed branding to ensure compliance with required quality standards and the Occupational Health and Safety Act (85 of 1993).

Safety standards:

  • Adhere to safety protocols when handling branding at both internal and external sites in collaboration with Corporate Real Estate Solutions (CRES) and maintain basic first aid knowledge.

Stock management: 

  • Maintain accurate digital and automated records for branding inventory before, during and after events, including stock levels, write-offs and recycling.

Vehicle operations: 

  • Drive company vehicles responsibly, ensuring adherence to traffic regulations, and maintain a valid driving licence (Code 08 and/or 10).

Transportation: 

  • Efficiently transport materials to designated locations and assist with loading and unloading as needed.

Administrative support: 

  • Provide on-site warehouse support, manage fleet operations and submit regular claims to ensure vehicle licensing is up to date. Ensure that all costs align with financial management guidelines.

Additional responsibilities: 

  • Perform other duties within the scope of the role, as assigned and as required.


Qualifications and Experience:

  • Matric, National/Higher Diploma
  • Between two to five years of project management experience with corporate clients
  • A formal project management qualification (such as PMBOK or CMP) is an advantage
