Requirements:
✔️ 3+ years of successful experience in IT-Recruitment;
✔️ Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle;
✔️ Experience covering the full recruitment cycle;
✔️ Strong sourcing skills via social media platforms (Linkedin, GitHub, Behance);
✔️ Understanding of modern tools for sourcing and data scraping;
✔️ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
✔️ Excellent attention to detail, flexibility with changing priorities, and strong multi-tasking skills;
✔️ Successful experience in closing tech vacancies;
✔️ English language proficiency at level C1 or higher.
Responsibilities:
✔️ Handle the recruitment process and life cycle for each vacancy; including initial assessments, interviews, and offers;
✔️ Optimize and lead strategic recruiting activities;
✔️ Actively source candidates using different channels, develop diverse candidate pools and generate pipelines for each position;
✔️ Building long-term and mutual relations with both candidates and hiring managers based on WIN-WIN approach;
✔️ Organizing interviews, receiving and communicating feedback to/from HM and candidates;
✔️ Participation in recruitment planning and project growth.
