JOB DESCRIPTIONS
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of IT projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budgets, ensuring all project milestones are met.
- Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and technical support teams.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Communicate project status to key stakeholders, providing regular updates on timelines, issues, and outcomes.
- Manage resources, ensuring that all necessary tools, technologies, and personnel are in place to meet project requirements.
- Ensure compliance with all internal policies, industry standards, and security protocols during project execution.
- Facilitate project meetings, including status reviews, requirements gathering, and planning sessions.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, providing recommendations for efficiency and innovation in project management.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in IT project management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Scrum).
- Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Asana, Trello).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure, software development, and systems integration.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) or similar certification preferred.
