KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
System Maintenance: Ensuring the smooth operation of hardware, software, and network systems, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
Network Administration: Managing and maintaining local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN), and internet connections to ensure uninterrupted communication and connectivity.
Data Security: Implementing cybersecurity measures to protect systems and data from threats like malware, hacking, and breaches.
Technical Support: Providing support to staff for IT-related queries, training, and assistance with using technology effectively.
System Upgrades: Installing, updating, and configuring IT systems, applications, and devices as needed to improve performance.
Backup and Recovery: Setting up and managing data backup systems to prevent loss of information and ensure quick recovery when needed.
IT Strategy Implementation: Assisting in the development and execution of IT policies and strategies aligned with organizational goals.
