Requirements
5+ years of relevant experience in IT management or a related role preferably in an MSP environment.
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
* Proven experience in managing and maintaining Office 365, Azure Active Directory, and Security Systems.
* Strong knowledge of IT operations, including systems monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident management.
* Familiarity with IT security best practices and compliance requirements.
* Strong computer skills and the ability to troubleshoot and diagnose problems.
* Extensive knowledge of PC and Mac hardware and software.
* Experience managing a team.
* Experience with network repairs and analysis.
* Client management skills.
* Ability to communicate effectively to help customers fix their issues and feel satisfied with the experience.
* Specific knowledge of other required computer systems for different work environment.
* ITIL, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, and Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) preferred.
