Support operational technology systems, networks, and processes to deliver improved availability, utilisation and customer experience;
Participate in and perform IT/OT change management and processes improvement to ensure the continuous stability and improvement of the OT applications, networks and processes;
Provide OT Governance & Security services to applications and systems in the OT environment including maintaining compliance to IT and OT standards and ensuring that the latest security patches and firmware updates are applied to OT applications and systems;
Installing and maintaining operating systems, network and application software on desktops and other devices using corporate image builds;
Installing and maintaining computer and communication hardware, including media drives, printers and peripheral devices on desktops and other devices;
Ensure minimal disruptions to productivity through the provision of a timely and effective assistance and advice service to clients accessing the support function;
Receiving and responding to help desk telephone and email requests for assistance;
Investigating and resolving computer and communication hardware and software faults.
About you:
Diploma level qualifications in IT support (or equivalent)
Proven operational experience in desktop computer support
Current manual WA driver’s licence
Exposure to remote, site-based role in the resources industry would be highly regarded
