Insurance Sales Officer-GH₵2900

Responsibilities

•  Identify and approach potential clients through referrals, networking, field visits, and online marketing.
•  Build and maintain a portfolio of clients by providing tailored insurance solutions to meet their needs.
•  Conduct needs assessments to understand clients’ financial goals, risks, and protection requirements.
•  Present and explain life, health, and other insurance policies, outlining the benefits, terms, and costs.
•  Guide clients through the application process, ensuring they fully understand their coverage options.
•  Develop long-term relationships with clients by offering ongoing support and policy updates.
•  Address client inquiries, concerns, and objections, providing expert advice to assist them in making informed decisions.
•  Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance goals.
•  Track and report on sales progress and activities, maintaining accurate records of leads and closed deals.

Experience: 

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or certification in business or insurance is a plus.
•  Previous 2-3 years experience  in sales, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry, is preferred but not required.
•  A passion for sales and achieving targets is a must.
•  Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
•  Strong ability to present and explain insurance products clearly and confidently.
•  Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven with a passion for helping clients.
•  Strong organizational and time management skills.
•  Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday
