Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Insurance Sales Officer for immediate employment. The successful candidate will work in a brokerage services environment, providing clients with tailored insurance solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell insurance products and brokerage services to clients.
- Identify and reach out to potential customers to generate leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Assess clients' needs and recommend appropriate insurance coverage.
- Meet or exceed sales targets to qualify for performance bonuses.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Sales or a related field.
- At least one year of experience in the insurance industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented with excellent time management skills.
