Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Negotiation: Drive sales by identifying and engaging potential clients, presenting suitable insurance products, and closing deals through effective negotiation and persuasion techniques.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering ongoing support and ensuring customer satisfaction. Use CRM systems to manage client interactions, track sales, and follow up on leads.
  • Product Knowledge & Financial Advisory: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of insurance products and financial advisory services. Provide expert advice to clients based on their individual needs, helping them select the best products to secure their financial future.
  • Goal-Oriented & Target-Driven: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics. Develop strategies to achieve personal and team goals, contributing to overall company growth.
  • Excellent Communication & Presentation: Communicate effectively with clients, presenting insurance products and financial solutions clearly and confidently. Tailor presentations to different audiences and address any concerns or questions clients may have.
  • Team Collaboration & Independent Work: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve collective goals while also being able to work independently and manage your own sales pipeline.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay up to date with the latest trends in the insurance industry, including new products, regulations, and market conditions, to offer clients the best possible advice and solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Sales & Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to sell and negotiate effectively, with a focus on closing deals and achieving sales targets.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Experience building and maintaining strong client relationships, utilizing CRM systems to track and manage client interactions.
  • Product Knowledge & Financial Advisory Skills: Strong knowledge of insurance products and financial services, with the ability to assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Goal-Oriented & Target-Driven: A results-driven approach to sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding performance goals.
  • Communication & Presentation Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
  • Ability to Work in a Team & Independently: Ability to collaborate with team members while being self-motivated and able to work independently to achieve individual and team goals.
  • Experience in the Insurance Industry: Previous experience in the insurance or financial advisory field is a plus, though not required.
  • Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
