Job Summary:
The Branch Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing the sales operations of a specific branch, driving sales growth, managing the sales team, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This role involves developing local sales strategies, managing budgets, and achieving branch sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Management:
- Recruit, train, and develop branch sales staff.
- Set sales targets and monitor team performance against these goals.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance evaluations.
- Sales Strategy Development:
- Create and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the local market.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Foster relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- Sales Operations:
- Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Manage branch budgets and expenditures, optimizing resources to maximize profitability.
- Collaboration and Reporting:
- Work closely with regional managers and other departments to align branch goals with overall company objectives.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in actuarial science, or a related field.
- 3 - 5 years of sales experience, with at least 2years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
