This role is responsible for managing the full end to end process of talent acquisition and identifying culture fit to ensure that the right candidates are placed.
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will also stay abreast of the latest talent developments, best practices and trends to implement leading edge expertise for the business whiles leveraging and promoting the use of digital tools/resources.
Qualifications
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in HR, preferably within Talent Acquisition
HR related diploma or degree is essential or extensive experience as a Talent acquisition specialist
Proven track record of selection and recruitment using multiple digital sourcing tools
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
