Duties / Responsibilities
• Coordinate recruitment and onboarding of new hires
• Work hand in with Project manager to efficiently manage and drive employee performance
• Manage Medical insurance policy to ensure optimization of benefit
• Enforce business and customer compliance policies to ensure business sustainability
• Manage confidential records of internal and external customers and stakeholders
• Administer employees leave in line with annual leave policy
• Foster management union relationship to ensure industrial harmony on site
• Prepare monthly KPI report
Qualification Required & Experience
• A good first degree in Human Resources Management or a related qualification from a recognized university
• A minimum of 5 years post qualification experience in Human resource practice
• Membership and certification by a recognized Human Resource certification body will be an advantage.
• Must have in-depth knowledge of employment laws and standards, and Ghanaian labor laws and statutes
