What You'll Do

As our Human Resources Assistant, you'll be at the heart of our operations, tackling a variety of exciting tasks:

  • Be the First Point of Contact: Manage and log all queries from Helpdesk via phone and email
  • Communicate with Impact: Engage with managers and staff in a friendly and professional manner
  • Administrative: Prepare high-quality correspondence and maintain accurate workforce files
  • Coordinate Meetings: Organise hearings and meetings, preparing all necessary documentation to ensure smooth operations.
  • Data Management Wizardry: Perform accurate data entry and processing on our HR systems, including payroll and travel management.

Who You Are

  • You have five GCSEs (Grades A-C), including English Language
  • Experienced: You possess at least one year of administrative or customer service experience at Band 2 level.
  • A Great Communicator: Your excellent communication skills make you approachable and effective in your interactions.
