Oversee the recruitment and selection process by collaborating with department leaders to assess resource needs and understand the skills and qualifications required for various roles. Develop recruitment strategies accordingly. Prepare interview materials, manage the selection process, and handle onboarding procedures.
Prepare the monthly payroll and manage other compensation and benefit-related tasks.
Ensure the accurate maintenance of current and historical employee records and files.
Address employee grievances, manage disciplinary actions, conduct exit interviews, and handle redundancies, terminations, and dismissals.
Work with leaders to identify skills gaps and determine the training and development needed to address them.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and advancements in HR, talent management, and employment law.
Monitor probationary periods and initiate the confirmation process for new hires.
Oversee the general administrative functions of the office.
Manage daily office operations, supervise the maintenance and modification of office spaces and equipment.
Keep records of office utilities and subscription schedules.
Procure office supplies, furniture, and equipment for staff needs.
Act as the primary contact for staff members, regulators, and relevant authorities regarding data protection issues.
Ensure timely processing of internet and airtime reimbursements for employees.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
At least 3-5years of post-graduation relevant experience
A Bachelor’s degree in any of the Social Sciences or related fields. - Additional qualification and recognized professional certification will be a plus.
