Our client, in the hospitality industry is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team. The Administrative Assistant will provide comprehensive support to the Vice President of Human Resources (VPHR). This role is ideal for individuals interested in HR and looking to contribute to a positive work environment.


Shift: 9 am to 6 pm ( Mon to Fri ) 

What’s the Job?

  • Manage the VPHR’s calendar, schedule meetings, and arrange travel.
  • Act as the primary contact for internal and external communications.
  • Track and process expense reports for the VPHR.
  • Prepare, edit, and distribute documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Organize and facilitate meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.

What’s Needed?

  • 1-3 years in HR roles (administrative assistant, coordinator, or generalist).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
