JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies to align with business objectives.
- Lead and manage the HR team, providing guidance and support to ensure effective HR service delivery.
- Foster positive employee relations, promoting a culture of engagement, diversity, and inclusion.
- Design and implement talent management programs to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
- Drive organizational change and development initiatives to enhance business performance.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to inform business decisions.
- Recruitment and induction training to prepare employees for roles.
Assessment and reward: - Develop and maintain an appraisal system for the purpose of promotion and other rewards, motivation.
- Plan and maintain a pay structure by conducting pay surveys and job evaluations, preparing pay budgets, planning and implementing pay structure revisions.
- Develop and maintain employee benefit programmes.
- Constantly review organizational structure in terms of positions and related task
- Maintain work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions (job design).
- Any other duties as maybe assigned by management.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2years of experience in HR management, preferably in a similar industry.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing effective HR strategies.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to drive change and innovation in a fast-paced environment
