Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.

Performance Management & Training

  • Implement performance appraisal systems and provide feedback mechanisms.
  • Develop training programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Support leadership in employee development and succession planning.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and incentive programs.
  • Ensure fair and competitive compensation structures.
  • Monitor compliance with labor laws and employment regulations.

HR Strategy & Compliance

  • Develop HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws.
  • Maintain employee records and prepare reports for management.
  • Lead HR initiatives that align with organizational goals.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a senior HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and recruitment strategies.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
