Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing HR processes and strategies including; recruitment, employee relations, workforce administration, employee engagement, payroll, reward, and recognition.
  • Maintaining and improving HR systems and management of HR budget.
  • Advising and strategizing on the development of effective employment policies.
  • Supporting in the designing and implementation of company policies and procedures.
  • Ensuring and maintaining an excellent work culture and conducive environment. 
  • Conducting performance appraisals and performance management
  • Developing and managing compensation and benefit packages
  • Designing and organizing training and development programmes for staff
  • Developing performance management processes
  • Facilitating communication between management/heads of departments and employees.
  • Managing disciplinary and grievance issues
  • Maintaining employee records according to policy and legal requirements
  • Reviewing employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
  • Reviewing procedures for employee safety, welfare, wellness, and health
  • Organizing social events for staff
  • Ensuring general administrative functions
  • Any other duties that may be assigned


Qualification:

Education Level: MBA/BSc/BA in Business Administration, Human Resource Administration, Psychology, or relevant Social Sciences; further training or HR professional courses will be a plus. 

Experience:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years experience in a HR role.
  • A minimum of 3 years experience in a management role. 
  • Fluent level of both spoken and written English.

Required Experience:

· Good knowledge of employment regulations.

· Good knowledge of HR practices.

· Good leadership qualities.

· Experience in determining, measuring, and analysing relevant KPIs for incentive schemes.

· A proactive attitude and a passion for leading with integrity.

· Excellent interpersonal skills, and a positive, approachable manner.

· A curious mindset, to think innovatively and rationally about concerns and come up with creative solutions

· Experience in managing a team and making quick but rational decisions.

· Thorough and methodical attention to detail.

· Good time management skills, and the ability to prioritise

· Good problem-solving skills

· Excellent communication and presentation skills.

· The ability to work well under pressure
