About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and driven HR Business Partner to join our team. In this strategic role, you will collaborate with leaders to align HR initiatives to business goals, develop talent strategies, and champion a culture of engagement and high performance.
Key Responsibilities
* Partner with leadership to deliver strategic HR solutions.
* Drive talent management, workforce planning, and organizational design.
*Provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, and HR policies.
*Analyse HR metrics to inform decision-making and drive results.
* Lead and execute initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement and fostering a strong company culture.
What We're Looking For
*Proven experience as an HRBP or similar role.
*Strong knowledge of HR practices, Ghana employment law, and organizational development.
*Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
*Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset.
*Bachelor's degree in HR or related field; relevant certifications such as SHRM-CP or CIPD are a plus.
