Qualification Required & Experience
Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Human Resource Management with at least 3 years experience in a Human Resource Role in a Real Estate company
Must be familiar with the labour law and other related laws and conventions within the Human Resource field
Must be knowledgeable in the Social Security scheme and Staff Salary system
Must be able to manage employee/management relationship
Must be familiar with dealing with employee related issues and other relevant department in an Estate company
