JOB DESCRIPTIONS


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the efficient and effective administrative operations of the organization.
  • Develop and implement Human Resource policies and procedures to support the achievement of organizational goals.
  • Manage employee recruitment, compensation, engagement, performance management, record keeping, welfare, and compliance with regulations.
  • Foster effective communication between management and staff, addressing grievances and handling disciplinary matters.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • A Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Administration, or a related field, along with professional certification.
  • 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in a reputable organization, including at least 3 years in a management role.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws.
  • Solid experience working in a school or educational environment.
  • Proficient in computer skills and report writing, with a high level of emotional intelligence.
