TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
develop and implements HR strategies that align with the companys business objectives and operational needs
oversee the day to day HR operations including recruitment,onboarding,employeee relations,performance management, and compliance
oversee the administrative functions of the company
implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
A minimum of a bachelords degree in Human Resources,Business Administration, or related role
minimum of ten years exprience and three years exzperience in managerial role
professional HR certification is highly desirable
strong understanding of HR and administrative strategies with business objectives and improving operational efficiency
