Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Outreach - Identify and engage potential clients using your network, LinkedIn, email, and cold-calling.
  • Client Relationship Building - Develop strong relationships with decision-makers, HR leaders, and business owners.
  • Sales Pipeline Management - Track leads, follow up on conversations, and keep opportunities moving.
  • Sales Presentations & Pitches - Clearly communicate the value of Rosies People services to prospective clients.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams - Work closely with our consultancy team to align sales strategies with client needs
  • Market & Industry Research - Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and client challenges to position our solutions effectively.


Requirements

Ideal Candidates Have:

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or lead generation (1+ years)
  • ️ A strong professional network of HR leaders, business owners, or decision-makers
  • ️ Excellent communication & negotiation skills
  • ️ A results-driven mindset - self-motivated and able to meet targets independently
  • Experience in HR, consulting, staffing, or recruitment services (preferred, but not required)
  • Ability to work autonomously without the need for constant oversight
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
