HR Manager
Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. You will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Oversee performance management systems to ensure employee development and engagement.
- Provide support and guidance to management on HR-related issues, including employee relations, policy enforcement, and conflict resolution.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Manage employee benefits programs and compensation structures.
- Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making and improve processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR role.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Skills:
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
- Experience in conflict resolution and employee counseling.
- Familiarity with payroll systems and employee benefits management.
