JOB DESCRIPTION


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into the company.
  • Coordinate pre-employment processes such as paperwork and IT setup.
  • Conduct engaging orientation sessions and ensure new hires have the necessary resources.
  • Plan, organize, and execute company events, including team-building activities, holiday celebrations, and recognition programs.
  • Collaborate with leadership to create and promote wellness programs and training sessions.
  • Manage employee surveys and analyze feedback to improve engagement strategies.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal communications related to HR initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies.
  • Assist with employee inquiries related to onboarding, benefits, and company policies.
  • Track key HR metrics related to onboarding success and employee engagement.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of HR experience
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
