ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Functions of the Appointment
Strategic HR Partnership:

- Collaborate with senior leaders and managers to align HR strategies with business goals.
- Provide expert advice on HR matters related to organizational culture, employee engagement, and change management.
Culture Development and Enhancement:
- Lead initiatives to develop, promote, and sustain a positive organizational culture aligned with the company's mission, values, and goals.
- Foster a culture of continuous feedback, recognition, and employee engagement.
Change Management:
- Lead and support organizational change initiatives by developing and implementing change management strategies and frameworks.
Employee Engagement and Experience:
- Design and execute employee engagement strategies to foster a highly motivated, productive, and satisfied workforce.
Talent Development and Retention:
- Implement programs for leadership development, skills enhancement, and career progression.
Performance Management:
- Support the design and delivery of performance management processes, ensuring alignment with organizational culture and values.
Employee Relations and Conflict Resolution:
- Act as a resource for employees and managers in resolving workplace conflicts and issues.
Data-Driven Decision Making:
- Leverage HR analytics and employee data to provide insights into workforce trends, engagement levels, and cultural health.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
* Bachelor's degree in human resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
* Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as an HR Business Partner.
Proven experience in driving successful organizational change and culture initiatives.
* Strong knowledge of change management methodologies and best practices.
Demonstrated ability to influence leadership and drive cultural change at all organizational levels.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
