Job description
Key Responsibilities:
-Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
-Manage the onboarding process for new employees, including preparation of offer letters, collection of necessary documents, and coordination of orientation sessions.
-Maintain and update employee records (hard and digital copies), ensuring accurate information for payroll and compliance purposes.
-Support benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and terminations, and answer employee questions regarding benefits.
-Assist in employee engagement initiatives, including organizing events and surveys.
-Process bi-weekly/monthly payroll accurately and on time.
-Review timesheets, wage computations, and other payroll information to detect and reconcile payroll discrepancies.
-Act as a point of contact for employee questions regarding HR policies, payroll, and benefits.
-Support HR leadership in investigating and resolving employee concerns in a timely and confidential manner.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
-At least 2years of experience in HR and payroll.
-Strong understanding of payroll procedures, labor laws, and compliance regulations.
-Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for payroll reporting and data analysis.
-Proficiency in HRIS and payroll software.
-Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
-Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
