JOB DESCRIPTION


About You!

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. 
  • Support employee onboarding and orientation programs. 
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and relevant HR laws. 
  • Help organize training and development initiatives.  
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve employee engagement and productivity. 
  • Gather and analyze data on hiring trends, employee satisfaction, and industry best practices to improve HR processes.


Your Tool Kit

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field. 
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills. 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. 
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software. 
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute to a dynamic HR team. 
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality work. 
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Prior experience in HR or its functions, even through internships or coursework, is beneficial but not required.
