- Payroll & Reporting: Coordinate with outsourced payroll, handle hourly-rated payroll, and manage pension communications.
- Support & Projects: Provide administrative support for projects and general HR functions.

- Experience: Proven experience in HR, particularly in a busy office with a high volume of administrative tasks.
- Skills: Strong organisational skills, ability to handle multiple tasks, proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Flexibility: Adaptable to changing plans throughout the day, energetic and dynamic work approach.
- Hands-On: Willing to take on various HR tasks and projects.
- Team Player: Able to work in a small team, providing support and cover as needed.
- Customer-Facing: Comfortable in a customer-facing role, interacting with a range of stakeholders.
