JOB DESCRIPTION



Key Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation with accuracy and compliance.
  2. Oversee the new hire onboarding process, including orientation material preparation and coordination of welcome sessions.
  3. Manage offboarding procedures, including exit documentation, final paperwork, and transition processing.
  4. Support payroll operations by verifying timecards, processing HR data, and coordinating with the payroll team.
  5. Ensure HR compliance by maintaining accurate and confidential personnel files.
  6. Generate HR reports and analytics to support decision-making and compliance tracking.
  7. Assist in HR communications, including documentation, policy updates, and employee notifications.
  8. Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and company events from an HR perspective.
  9. Provide administrative support to the HR and Operations teams, ensuring smooth day-to-day workflows.


Required Qualifications & Skills:

  1. 1-2 years of direct HR administrative experience.
  2. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  3. Strong attention to detail in managing HR records and sensitive information.
  4. Proficiency in Google Workspace.
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
  6. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle confidential matters with discretion.
  7. Strong problem-solving skills with an analytical mindset.
