Purpose
Company is seeking for a detailed-oriented candidate in HR field to support and maintain HR strategies and processes. To ensure a positive and productive workplace environment.

Key Performance Areas
Main responsibilities to assist the Senior HR Manager including HR encompassing within the unit; include but aren't limited to:
* Manage and coordinate recruitment processes, ensuring timely and effective hiring.
Assit wit management on Payrol and Be netis a spiciations.
* Monitor leave days and time sheets accordingly.
* Provide support for various HR administrative tasks and other business interests as needed.
* Overseeing on-boarding and off-boarding process.
* Administering performance management.
* Administer HR compliance and effective record keeping.
* Assist with other ad hoc HR functions as required from time to time.
* MUST BE WILLING TO START IMMEDIATELY.

Qualifications and Experience
* Diploma or degree in Human Resource Management.
* 2 - 3 years of relevant experience in HR and Payroll Administration.
* Proficiency in computer literacy.
* Ability to work under pressure.
