JOB DESCRIPTION



Main responsibilities:
The successful HR Admin Assistant will
·      Assist with general HR administration duties.
·      Be responsible for the ordering of office stationary.
·      Assist with setting up new starter files and archiving leaver files.
·      Respond to reference requests for previous employees and request references for new starters.
·      Provide support to payroll, recruitment and onboarding.

Requirements:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a positive work ethic. 
  • A driving license and the ability to drive is an advantage for easy commute to and from the resort. 
  • Basic administration skills would be an advantage but not essential as training will be provided.
