ROLE OVERVIEW:
Are you an organized and detail-oriented professional with a passion for Human Resources and administrative excellence?
Fides Group is looking for a committed HR Admin Assistant to support our People Operations team in providing exceptional HR services to employees and stakeholders.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage day-to-day HR operations; including maintaining employee records, contracts, and compliance documentation.
Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling interviews,
Tracking attendance, and updating HR systems
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
Support the organization of company events, training programs; and wellness initiatives.
Address employee inquiries and provide first-level support on HR-related matters.
Work with the People Operations team on special projects & and process improvements.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
A degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
1-2 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably 2 within HR
Strong organizational skills and an eye for detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, experience with HRIS systems is an advantage
A proactive and resourceful approach, with a passion for learning and professional growth in HR.
